Hello and welcome! Living most of my life in the West Kootenay, I thoroughly enjoy showing this area off to newcomers. I have spent many years in the Nelson, Castlegar, Salmo and Trail areas, living and working. This background has given me a unique look at how the this area operates as a whole. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2007 means I have seen some interesting (and very challenging) market conditions. I share this experience with you, my clients, past, present and future. My wonderful husband, Terry Alton, grew up in Warfield and is also a licensed REALTOR®. In another life, we worked alongside each other entertaining audiences on cruise ships around the world.
